I spent 18 years in the Indian Navy (excluding a 4-year engineering course), where operations, planning and risk are not abstractions. When I moved into commerce, I took that discipline to the warehouse floor: running Flipkart's mother hubs — about two-thirds of its marketplace volume — and then heading the Ekart business for the North zone.
After Flipkart I built and led Ncubate Logistics at SAR Group, and then a new quick-delivery vertical for consumer durables at CJ Darcl Logistics. Every role taught me the same lesson: customers don't remember the sale, they remember what happens after it.
That is why I started Yantra 4 All. Delivery, installation, after-sales service, maintenance and spare parts — today they come from different people with no one accountable. Yantra 4 All brings them under one roof, with transparent prices and premium service at an affordable cost.
I'm also the architect of Yantra 4 All's entire technology stack — one platform for service bookings and field operations, orders and courier selection, warehousing, accounting with GST e-invoicing, partner payouts, planning, the customer-experience control room, and the website, portals and mobile apps on top.
