The Next Gen Capital Investment talk: Yesterday I was invited to speak at the BCA Orientation Programme at Allenhouse Group Of Institutions.

Looking at those fresh faces, I saw my own college days and told them the one thing no syllabus will.

Skill + Discipline + Consistency + Character = Unlimited Growth

A few things shared with them:

#AI won't eat your job. But the person who refuses to use AI will surely lose theirs.

Industry doesn't ask for your syllabus. It asks only one question — "Can you solve my problem?"

Coding can be learnt in 6 months. Integrity and ownership take a lifetime — and that's what I hire for.

And the line I closed with: "अपने हौसले को मत बताओ कि परेशानियाँ कितनी बड़ी हैं, बल्कि अपनी परेशानियों को बताओ कि तुम्हारा हौसला कितना बुलंद है।"
